We do not exchange items.
Please follow the return instructions below, and place a new order for the item(s) you would like.
Return Restrictions
Most purchases may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
items must be returned within 7 days.
For orders that were shipped, the 7 days begin upon delivery of your package to the shipping address you submitted, as per your tracking number. Your order needs to arrive back in our store within the 7 days.
Orders that were submitted for "in store pickup" have 7 days from when the "ready for pickup" email was sent.
Sale items and custom orders are NOT returnable.
